The Gooderham is the third and final tower in the historic Distillery District following in the footsteps of Pure Spirit and Clear Spirit. It is a tall 33 storey glass tower surrounded with glass balconies. Some of the features include, 9' ceilings floors, European style kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz, granite or corian countertops, head track lighting, and most notably interesting is the 130 year old reclaimed fir boards from the rack House building is recycled to create beautiful "historic" engineered wood flooring in all suites. Steps away from the building are art galleries, live theatre, restaurants, and a open market for yearly festivals. Occupancy is July 2011.
